Dr. Bailey attended schools in Canada and Florida, then completed her dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC and has been working as an orthodontist in various communities in Virginia ever since. Dr. Bailey is dedicated to serving her community and opened Bailey Orthodontics with a vision to incorporate community service into her work. Her diverse background and exposure to many cultures influenced her goals for practice ownership and her vision of creating a inclusive environment for her patients and her team.
In her free time, Dr. Bailey enjoys exploring our nation’s capitol with her family and loves to participate in the many cultural and seasonal events that this area has to offer. Travel, cooking, hiking, and keeping up to date with continuing education in orthodontics are some of her other pastimes!

During your first visit, your doctor will take a look at your bite and smile to determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your smile, Invisalign, or other treatment options.
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Invisalign trays fit perfectly. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come and pick them up to begin your treatment.

Dr. Blalock grew up on a beef cattle farm in Crossville, TN. The time he spent working on the farm taught Dr. Blalock valuable problem-solving skills and a good work ethic. After Dr. Blalock suffered a dental injury when a cow’s hoof contacted his teeth, his dentist repaired his smile and sparked a fascination for the art of dentistry. Because of that experience, Dr. Blalock realized his calling was to become a dentist. He loves that dental work gives him the ability to work creatively with his hands while interacting with patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Blalock graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with an undergraduate degree in health science biology. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
